I finished Sailor Neptune!
The tiara was a bit small, and I could gone with a darker green, but hey. All for the revision.
The wig came out alright, but I was too lazy to brush it, so. It's just descent.
All I need are the shoes and I'm good to go!

Thanks! I was worried about the wig, at first, but after seeing it with the costume, I'm not anymore.
I'm more worried about the tiara. I need to remake it. Its too small.
Oh the joys of inaccurate measurements.
